There's no question that Barack Obama will be the Democratic candidate for president in the 2012 national elections. This should make him the obvious and automatic choice for any liberal or Democratic voter, but he's not -- he's disappointed and even outraged too many for that.

You can list any or all the reasons why you think he deserves your vote, and/or why he doesn't if you so desire. You can also mention why he is currently the best choice for the U.S today, OR if there is someone in office you believe is a better choice, feel free to elaborate on that person.
Barack Obama has done a lot of things that should automatically disqualify him from the presidency -- indeed, that should disqualify him from any elected office anywhere. He's pursued whistleblowers that even Bush ignored while refusing to seriously investigate wrongdoing by Bush administration officials.
Obama has asserted for himself the authority to kill American citizens anywhere, anytime, simply because he decides they deserve it and without any sort of judicial review. Not even Bush asserted any such power for himself.
