Gorilla DNA and Human Evolution

Gorillas were the one great ape species that hadn't had its DNA sequenced... until now, that is. The sequencing of gorilla DNA is providing a wealth of information about them -- and, therefore, about us as well. They aren't as closely related to us as chimps, but they are still pretty close and even the differences are illuminating.
